| having stayed at the avenue at the beginning of july 07,we were very pleased and more than happy with both the room layout (premier) and the very welcoming greeting we recieved . the room and service is second to none and we would highly recommend this family run hotel to anyone. |

| My wife and I stayed at the avenue for 3 nights at the New Year. The hotel was spotless and the breakfasts were excellent with April always looking after us. We had a lovely room and a car parking space and will definitely be returning to the Avenue. |

We had a wonderfull trip to Blackpool, with the Avenue being idealy located for a short walk to the tower and tram service.
Clean, well decorated, well sized room (and that was the basic!) and great breakfast for the price.
VERY helpful owners, who even packaged and send my phone back to me after I left it in the room when I left!
Well worth a visit.
